I bought a 1976 David Brown Tractor, Diesel Motor with a ugly MiG weld on the side of the block. The weld leaked in 3 places; just enough to make a mess. I added two packages of BARS Radiator Stop Leak Heavy Duty to the radiator and with less then 1 hour on the motor running after I put this stuff in, all leaks stopped. I normally don't write reviews, but this stuff worked for me and I'm happy.

The leak really did stop. And the customer service is the best I have seen from a Stop Leak product. Hopefully the leak stays plugged for as long as possible. Thanks Bars Leaks. You are an engine saver.

I had a minor plastic tank crimp-seam leak that turned into a major overheating problem after adding 4 dissolved tablets. The engine had a 2+ gallon cooling capacity and I added a bit less than the recommended amount.
To add it, I had to siphon some coolant and pre-dissolve the tablets to make them fit in the radiator neck. I followed the instructions and after about 20 minutes of driving, the gauge suddenly climbed and nearly hit the red zone before I blasted the heater.
